Quality control system:

1. New product: Designed by R & D departement, confirmed by the QC department to make sure if any quality issued occured during the producing. If it is not qualified OR may causes low efficiency to the production, return back to the RD department and run the above procedure again until it meet the standards.

2. Mass production:

• IQC(Incoming Quality Control): All the incoming raw materials are inspected according to AQL( Acceptable Quality Level) by QC department before passing to production line. If the result is bad and far from the AQL level, the whole batch will be returned back to the suppliers.
• Finished product quality control: After the assembling, 100% of the devices will be done the aging test for 24 hours before packing, to enhance the devices are working well in all the functionality. Never send out any un-qualified devices!
